Osprey Amler trail race was created and successfully held in 2021 and 2022 by Brian Nelson - Wander Bigger Running.
Sky Valley Trail Runners Association is proud to continue the race in its low-key feel in the extremely beautiful Osprey Park in Sultan, 15 minutes drive east of Monroe, WA. Join us to (hopefully..) survive the Spooky Woods of the season. Running in costumes is welcome and encouraged. All finishers will get a unique "woodal"/fridge magnet designed by our own, Matt Hagen, https://matthagen.com/.
Timeline of events, Saturday OCT17, 2026:
- 7:30 start of BIB pick-up
- 8:00 early start marathon
- 9:00 start of 6 hrs race and marathon
- 12:00 start of 3 hrs race
- 15:00 end of all races, post-race party at Loggers Saloon, 215 Main St. Sultan
Aid station will offer water, Hammer electrolytes and basic energy to keep you going. We are cup less, so bring your own cup/hydration system.

Length of the route is 1.64 miles/2.64 km. It is perfectly flat, single track and very smooth trail. 16 laps equal marathon distance and 19 makes it 50 km.
Start/finish/aid station and drop bag storage is under/in front of the large shelter by the Sultan soccer field, playground. Restrooms will be open during the race.
